What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Your scripts stay readable, and picking a plan lets you write again.
What if I run out of credits?
On a paid plan, buy a top-up from your workspace's billing settings, or wait for your plan credits to reset next month. On the trial, pick a plan to keep generating. Reading, editing by hand and the teleprompter never cost credits.
A step failed or got stuck. Did I lose my credits?
No. When an AI step fails or stops responding, its credits are refunded and nothing you entered is lost. Press Try again, and a draft that stopped partway picks up from the pass where it stopped.
Can I change my voice after setup?
Yes. Open Voices under DNA and edit it: speaking speed, tone, signature phrases and the phrases to avoid. Every script you write after that uses the change.
How do I add my editor or writer?
The workspace owner invites them by email from Members in workspace settings. Creator has one seat, so adding someone needs Team, with 4 seats and shared credits.
